What We Collect

We collect account details such as your email address and sign-in identifiers, the prompts and topics you enter, generated courses and lessons, playlists, review answers, ratings, and optional voice recordings when you use microphone transcription.

How We Collect Data

We collect data when you create an account, type prompts, create courses, listen to or download lessons, complete reviews, publish or rate community courses, and optionally record voice input for transcription.

How We Use Data

We use data to operate your account, generate course outlines and lesson scripts, create narration, transcribe voice input, save progress, provide playlists and reviews, support community features, keep the service reliable, and process account deletion.

AI and Service Providers

We share user content with service providers that help run Learn Anything. Google Vertex AI Gemini processes prompts, course topics, generated course context, lesson text, review content, and missed review concepts to generate learning material. Google Cloud Text-to-Speech processes lesson and remediation text to create narration. OpenAI speech-to-text processes optional voice recordings to create transcripts.

We also use Google Cloud and Firebase services for authentication, backend infrastructure, storage, and related app operations. These providers are expected to provide the same or equal protection for user data as required by applicable App Store privacy requirements.

Storage and Deletion

Your learning data is stored with Learn Anything backend services. Account deletion removes private courses, playlists, reviews, account data, and generated audio. Public courses you published may remain available after deletion so other users do not lose access to community content.

Your Choices

You can choose not to accept Privacy and Terms, but AI course creation and related features will not be available. You can delete your account from Account settings.
